I am a am a Shamanic Medium, Practitioner, and Teacher whose work is rooted in ecospirituality, Beauty Way, and my Celtic, earth-based ancestral lineage. I walk between the worlds, journeying beyond the mist of ordinary reality and serving as a bridge between the physical and non-physical realms.

My path has been shaped by extensive training and apprenticeship in both core shamanism and Irish-Celtic earth-based shamanic practices, faery doctoring with Jane Burns, whose lineage of study includes Sandra Ingerman and Tom Cowan. I am also an Ordained Interfaith Minister, Forest Bathing Guide, and Reiki Master Teacher, weaving psychic mediumship  and energy medicine into my shamanic  work.

I live in Connecticut, where alongside my spiritual practice and teaching, I work in higher education and remain happily grounded in the everyday shenanigans of being human.
