Privacy/Confidentiality: DailyShaman/Christine McNally will always maintain and respect the privacy of its customers, clients, and students. Your information will never be shared in any way with anyone. This is also a mutual agreement, where the customer/client/student is held to the same rights as our company and the owner. Both parties agree to maintain the integrity and not disclose information shared between them.

Terms and conditions for products and/or services: The following Terms and Conditions are entered into between You (Client) and DailyShaman/Christine McNally. Whether offered free or by purchasing any of the Products or Services listed on this site (classes, products, services), Client agrees to abide by all policies, terms, and procedures as outlined in this agreement.

Disclaimer: You, as the client, understand that DailyShaman/Christine McNally is not a medical doctor. All offerings fall under the umbrella of faith-based spiritual healing, focusing on the healing of the soul. As such, she is neither a licensed medical nor a mental health professional, nor does she claim to be one. She does not practice medicine or provide medical counsel to patients. She does not diagnose, cure, heal, treat disease, or otherwise prescribe medication; nor is she a licensed massage therapist or any other licensed body work practitioner, nor make any claims as to being such.  DailyShaman/Christine McNally is trained in shamanism and energy modalities, such as Reiki and Core Shamanism, her work is spiritually based only. She recommends that all clients continue to see their regular, licensed medical and mental health professionals and follow their advice, as her work complements regular allopathic medicine. Her spiritual energy work is not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment for any medical or psychological condition. For such issues, she recommends that all individuals seek the services of a licensed medical or mental healthcare professional of their own choice. 

Clients understand that their participation in any sessions, services, or products offered is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness, disease, or ailment. If they experience any such issues, they should consult their registered/licensed physician or other practitioner, as determined by their own judgment. The information presented on this website in any product or service offered is in no way intended as medical advice or as a substitute for medical counseling. All course materials and lessons are royalty-free and can be used for both personal and professional purposes. However, you cannot resell the content, materials, or lessons in their unaltered original formats, whether copied, rebranded, or otherwise. You cannot copyright the content as your own.
